Hey Butterfingers

I can't say that I've dropped a lightbulb more than once but I have had a case of butterfingers at other times. As a tinkerer that often works on engines I can tell you it's very frustrating when you drop tools into an engine you are working on.

The same can be said of working with Real Estate. There are plenty of tools that can fall into the works of Real Estate such as Home Inspections, Title Clouds, Financing, and even close relatives crying out "are you nuts?". Like an actual tool dropped into an engine (that is NOT running) the tool can be removed without harm. The problem of Financing can be solved by a combination of work and time by the Buyer. Problems with Home Inspections and Title Clouds can often be solved by the Seller taking action. The problem with relatives horning in on your decision is a little sticky so the best thing is not to ask for their opinion in the first place.

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. You can follow Timmothy on FB as Titus & Philemon and you can also check him out on Instagram as Instagram.com/titus and philemon/ .For Timmothy's website type timmtimmothy.com into your browser. I tried to put it in a link here but it refuses to work. Do NOT put anything in front of timmtimmothy.com or it will not work.

Butterfingers is me and the keyboard. I have to proofread two or three times just to find all the errors. Your blog speaks to me. Have a great day.

During Christmas I have dropped many of the old bulbs while changing them out for the house lights. Does not happen anymore. The new lights are just not as much fun...lol

LOL, that is funny Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty . I have yet to decorate the exterior of our home for Christmas with the exception of a manger scene.

Good Morning Bob "RealMan" Timm

Dropping tools is one reason I had a telescoping magnet in my tool bag. I have also learned that even when you don't ask for a relative's opinion, they seem to offer it up anyway...lol

I use my telescoping magnet for nuts, bolts, and screws Doug Dawes , it certainly is a helpful tool 😊. I think I've only had twice where the Buyers brought in the parents for an "inspection". One said "we had to do it although we really don't care what they think" and the other took the parents opinion seriously.

It's funny how much is thrown at is in the beginning isn't it Hannah Williams and State required licensing training doesn't address any of it.

Hello Bob - like Gwen Fowler SC Lakes & Mountains 864-710-4518, you and so many others, I also share clumsiness on the keyboard.  Of course, my mishandling of many sorts of things extends extensively as I go about what I do away from the computer.

I tried talking and letting the computer type, but Scout does not understand "Southern".  They say I can train it, but I really don't have time. Have a great day!!

Hmm, if he dropped the lightbulb over and over again, it must be a stronger lightbulb than the ones I use in my home, haha.

I'm thinking a lush carpeted floor Brian England because like you, mine end up shattered everywhere. In my trouble lights (yes a thing of the past) I'd buy "rough service" bulbs and they held up much better.
