I agree with you there is no such thing as bad weather..just opportunities for a change of pace!

Hello Maragret - whether a real estate market is good or bad is subject to interpretation.  While the differences are subjective, what's sunny for some is rather gloomy for others.  And like the real-time, real-world weather, it can often change in an instant.  Like so many things in life, it doesn't stop.

Yes indeed, the weather just is, and things still have to get done. It's always sunny above the clouds.

We expect some rain in Gaithersburg this afternoon.

Dolores has plans for lunch with a friend and is hoping that the rain will be after lunch.

No matter what is going on in the market, there will be things we need to weather, which is why it is so important for consumers to have a solid agent assisting them.

Margaret we got rain several days this week.  But the rain was mainly during the evening hours, so we got to enjoy lots of sunshine as well.

Liquid Sunshine...I like the sound of that!  😊
