I have long professed the biggest ROI, with the least amount of money spent, is in painting. While much more work to be done at the porch, I believe these before and after shots, of 'Ole Glory', clearly show how much better everything is with a fresh coat of paint.

A home always looks better with the flag flying proudly outside of it. I remember a home I listed for sale that had a nice flag outside, and I was wondering how it would turn out in the listing photos. Of course, Trish captured it perfectly, so that was my lead photo for the listing!
