Make Someone Happy... Feed Them!

We added a third bird feeder to our collection this spring. We have one like Timmothy depicts above, a barn shaped one, and now a hummingbird feeder. Much to my dismay the barn shaped one is ruled by blackbirds this year. The tube shaped one draws the sparrows, and the hummingbird feed has yet to draw anything. 🤨

Just like pets and wild animals, Humans are happier with food in them. This is why I established The Noodle Ministry. The Noodle Ministry provides a snack of Ramen noodles to indigent prisoners at the Ward County Jail.

An indigent prisoner is one with absolutely no money or help from anyone (friend or relative). 20% of the prisoners are indigent. With diner at 4:30PM and breakfast at 4:30AM they go with no food or snacks. The other 80% can buy themselves snacks at any time, THUS I provide the the indigent prisoners with one package of Ramen a day as a nutritious snack. The Noodle Ministry is a 501C3 charitable organization.

The generous will themselves be blessed for they share their food with the poor. Proverbs 22:9 NIV

Do you enjoy the cartoons written by my son (Timmothy N. Timm) which I use as a springboard to write my daily posts? His strip, Titus & Philemon, has run in two newspapers for years as well as being printed in my blog every day. Titus & Philemon (pronounced Phi - Lee -Man) are guinea pigs. Their owner is Joe. Timmothy has never repeated a joke/comic strip in the 12 years he has been writing it. He has never copied another strip, such as Peanuts or Garfield. We have squirrel guards on the poles our feeders are on Will Hamm . They work really well and they are cheap... a lot cheaper that feeding the squirrels.
