Pawleys Island Real Estate Market Update – April 2025


Single-family home prices saw a 13.6% bump, but that doesn’t mean all homes are selling for more. The increase reflects strong sales in premium locations with updated features—homes that check all the boxes. Inventory is also up over 36%, giving buyers more choices.

Condo prices, on the other hand, dipped significantly, and homes across the board are sitting longer on the market.
