Today, a professional first-time couple received the keys to their new home, and my Seller was beaming! He is happy they love their home, and starting their family here. I wish the best for my Seller and on to his new chapter!
Many cities across the Country are still experiencing a good market. Denver has lagged in that category. We have seen a 25% increase in listings, but no increase in pending sales. We are not in a buyer's market, but it feels more balanced.
This listing has been owned by my Seller for 45 years, and he has done some upgrades over the years, but there were still some most buyers really wanted. There were quite a few showings, and some said that was their favorite, but I never heard from them again.
Saturday, there was a 9 am showing, and at 10 am, the buyer's agent called and said her "kids" (her son and daughter-in-law) loved the home, and they would be sending an offer. YIPPY!
After a lot of issues with the contract system, we finally got the offer, and by 10 pm Saturday night they were officially pending. The buyers even said --- this could be our Easter miracle. AWWWW!
