On May 19, 2025, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that there were 26 homes sold in April of 2025, dropped 27.7% from April of 2024 in Glendale, California.

The medium existing home price was $2.15 million in April of 2025, jumped 49.0% from April of 2024 in Glendale, California.

There were 54 active listing homes in March of 2025, increased 8.0% from April of 2024 in Glendale, California; while an average home stayed 23 median days on the market in April of 2025 in Glendale, California.

Hi John Pusa   Holy cow...I am not sure I can even afford to stay in a hotel in Glendale! 

Serious question:  What kind of money do the folks that work in retail and fast food make?  Where do they live?

Almost a 30% drop is big, but I am sure that the prices in Glendale, CA won't drop to the level of the prices of homes in Glendale, AZ, haha.
