Good morning Brian. Amazing how local real estate really has become. Our master HOA has five neighborhoods with five separate individual associations. Four of the five have no active listings and one has one active listing. In the last couple of weeks, the active listing goes sunder contract and another appears. The community next door has an excess of inventory, Go figure! Enjoy your day.

Brian we have not seen much of a market shift here yet, but I keep hearing of other parts of the country starting to see a shift towards a balanced market.
