Here is an updated market report.  We are still in a seller's market in most areas and price ranges. The houses that are in good condition are selling quickly.  Some houses are sitting for more than a week.  Sellers and agents are starting to see a shift.  

For buyers, this is still a tough market.  In some price ranges, the competition is fierce!
