The medium existing home price was $2.50 million in April of 2025, lower 3.0% from April of 2024 in La Canada Flintridge, California.

There were 26 active listing homes in March of 2025, increased 4.0% from April of 2024 in La Canada Flintridge, California; while an average home stayed 25 median days on the market in April of 2025 in La Canada Flintridge, California.

Average sales price of $2.5M is hefty but price drop not that much with the increased inventory and fewer sales. Still holding their own!
