Market Trends For Home Prices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market In April
In April 2025, Huntersville's housing market continued to show strong price appreciation with the average sale price rising to $696,595 and the median sale price reaching $612,500—both at their highest levels for the month of April compared with April 2024 and 2023. Price per square foot remained steady month-over-month and was up compared with April one year ago.
The list to sale price ratio held firm at 99.48%, reflecting limited negotiating power for buyers.
Inventory also increased in April 2025, with 466 homes for sale and the months supply of inventory rising to 4.36 months, indicating a balanced market between home buyers and sellers.
New listings climbed for a fourth consecutive month, reaching 187 properties for sale.
Homes sold slightly faster than in March, averaging 38 days on market, but still lingered longer compared with April 2024 and 2023.
Sales declined to 107 in April, down from both the prior month and year, following three straight months of increases in 2025.
