Good morning Nina. The knowledge of local numbers is very clear this morning hers in the Rain. Just commented on a post by Lew Corcoran where 3 months of inventory is a balanced market and yours is 4.48 or thereabouts both less than the 6 month number commonly used. Once again proving real estate is indeed local. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin hi Wayne... we consider 4-6 months of inventory a balanced market.
