May's Contest Wrap-Up

May has been a wonderfully busy month. Carol Williams and I have enjoyed co-hosting the May 2025 contest.

The contest asked our AR professionals a thought-provoking question:

If you could start fresh in real estate with all the knowledge you have today, what changes would you make?

We received 36 entries; each filled with unique insights and perspectives. 

One interesting observation was that none of the participants wrote about wealth and buying cheap properties or even discussed strategies related to purchasing properties.
