Home Stager with Essential Home Staging

We just picked up an occupied property (with furniture and accesory rental) today. SOLD in 31 days, after being staged, with a full price, $1.4 million offer. This of course was after being on the market since November 2007 unstaged.

Thought we would share our thank you gift we left our clients!

I simple basket with a "Thank You" card, mini bottle of champagne, change of address forms, "just moved" cards and a self adressed stamped envelope with our testimonial form.

Another success story for the books! I love it when home owners "get it". Too bad they didn't get it 6 months earlier.

The testimonial is simple. Starts with an explanation on how we strive to continue to improve our service, and their feedback is key to that. It then asks a few questions on how we can use their information and whether we can use them on our referal list. Then a big empty box for them to write something hopefully very nice and wonderful about Essential Home Staging!

Update! We received our testimonial in the mail today!
