Cal Newport has a book on this.  He writes that we should be mindless at times.  Not focused on what we are producing 8 hours at a time.  We need to be productive in short bursts and then be mindless so our brain can relax and regroup.  It takes more than 5 minutes to be in the flow away from the job to make the reset.  You make me think each day, have a great day.
