Hat tip to the Cameratta family~
I couldn't locate a mortgage document for the purchase by CAM 7 SUB LLC on Kingston, which suggests they have a healthy capital partner capable of handling the proposed 25 year build out of the Kingston Community.

That is a statement of strength by the Camerrata's who have worked diligently, and shown tremendous integrity throughout the entitlement process(Planning and Permitting).

Kingston represents 6,702 total acres, and was designed with half of the acreage dedicated to Conservation. The environmental stewardship efforts include wildlife corridors, water quality improvement, and 400 acres of new wetlands.

The Kingston project no doubt has been a source of controversy, but I have total faith in the Cameratta Companies and their highly skilled team to honor their commitments and complete the project that hopefully will serve as a model for other developers to follow.
