Total available listings jumped 27.7% for the week ending June 7, 2025, from the same period of time in June of 2024.

Time on the market increased 6 days for the week ending June 7, 2025, from the same period of time in June of 2024.

Median listing prices gained 0.5% for the week ending June 7, 2025, from the same period of time in June of 2024.

New listing in the market higher 5.2% for the week ending June 7, 2025, from the same period of time in June of 2024.
