While many agents appreciate the convenience of lockboxes, I believe in the importance of a personal touch. This approach offers you peace of mind, knowing that if anything should arise, I’m right there to handle it and keep you informed.
Communication is a priority for me. Agents can be frazzled and miss appointments, but being present allows me to provide immediate updates and feedback. If buyers have comments or concerns, I can relay that information to you right away.
Understanding buyer feedback, our MLS sends out forms for agents, but they’re not always filled out. My presence during showings not only protects your home but also allows me to engage directly with other agents. I don't need to bother the agent for feedback; I'm right there, saving time and keeping you informed. And since most of my properties are unique, I can showcase the features in real-time.
I accommodate agents’ schedules when they request showings—except for Sundays, when I host my live radio show, “All About Real Estate.” If someone wants to see your home on a Sunday, I can arrange it after 2 p.m. Flexibility is key!
