Golf carts is the topic today and I thought loves golf carts? Who buys and sells golf carts? I know David Anderson one of the Realtors on The Betts Team. So many times, I get asked about golf carts whether listing a home of working with buyers. David discusses both electric and gas golf carts, advantages to both and some improvements that were made to golf carts over the years.

There are some new brands of golf carts on the courses and trails in The Villages and David discussed some options. Also, how much he thinks used golf carts could sell for, an easy way to remember. I remember when my uncle moved to a fly-in community near Orlando and many of the houses had a 2 car garage plus the door for the golf cart - that was 40 years ago!

Hi Dick,
It seems like a golf cart would be a necessity in The Villages. I think it's so cute to go to some of the stores in Arizona and see golf carts lined up.
