So CLOSE and yet so FAR in real estate can make a big difference. Some are bigger than others. Buying a home with a mistake can make your new home purchase annoying and a cost to replace. Did you realize there was a through street that gets busy at rush hour behind the backyard wall? The home looked great in the pictures and everthing was quiet when I saw it.

"MY WAY" is not always what a home buyer is looking for. Did you notice the "wood like paneling", "reach in closet", "colored appliances" and "natural growth roof". Sure it was done "MY WAY" by the Seller. The good thing? Maybe a buyer can get a good price. Not so good for the "MY WAY" seller.
