So CLOSE and yet so FAR in real estate can make a big difference. Some are bigger than others. Buying a home with a mistake can make your new home purchase annoying and a cost to replace. "MY WAY" is not always what a home buyer is looking for. Did you notice the "wood like paneling", "reach in closet", "colored appliances" and "natural growth roof". Sure it was done "MY WAY" by the Seller. The good thing? Maybe a buyer can get a good price. Not so good for the "MY WAY" seller.
