Real Estate Agents are great at telling their clients to declutter their homes. The question is, how often do you clean and declutter your own personal office? Are you due for a Home Office Make-Over? Re-evaluate your organizational skills. If you don't need something, get rid of it. If you are running low on supplies, do you have enough stored to get by until you shop again? Ask yourself, what steps do you need to do to become more efficient? If you find yourself sneezing more than usual, perhaps you need deep cleaning, or your air filters changed.
What Happens When You Are Rushing?
- Your heart starts beating faster.
- Your brain may be on overload.
- You can easily forget minor or major things.
- You may trip and fall.
- You may forget something important.
- You can't find what you're looking for.
- You may have misplaced things.
- You most likely will make someone mad or angry.
- Responsibilities become a heavy load.
- Time is not on your side.
Is Your Workspace safe?
When you are rushing around to get things done, or to beat the clock, accidents are more likely to happen. Tripping and falling when it's your own fault sucks. For example, my sister recently had so much to do she forgot to move her shoes before going to bed. The next day she tripped and fell on her own shoes. Subsequently, she spent several months in the hospital, in a nursing home, and going through rehab. She broke her femur bone and right arm in more than one place. Living independently isn't fun when you are in need of help.

- Feeding pets.
- Changing the room temperatures.
- Cleaning the house.
- Doing dishes.
- Getting the mail.

- Schedules, appointments, and cancellations.
Going From Chronically in a Hurry to Being Out of Commission
- Being independent is a good feeling.
- Having to depend on others sucks.
- Things you normally do is almost impossible.
- Having to make life changes sucks.
- Heart rate and attitude change drastically.
- High stress, low stress - all stress sucks.
- Picking up a pen or something off the floor is strenuous.
- Achieving is great - Not achieving or being Incapacitated sucks.
The stress you caused yourself sucks the most
