Using AI Video to Create a New Type of Home Tour

That's sort of creepy looking.  I think I'll just stick with a traditional walk through tour.

Toby, this is a fantastic experiment with Google Veo! It's truly exciting to see agents like you exploring AI for innovative home tours. The concept of creating a "new type of home tour" with virtually staged photos is brilliant. While the car scene is a fun touch, the interior shots turned out really well for a first run. This definitely offers a fresh perspective!

I think its a great experiment but buyers should not be jumping on beds (I'd be saying something about that) or sitting down on the couches like it's their home or eating in the kitchen. I think a Realtor should be in the video guiding them trough the house...just my opinion.

Hi Toby- I think it's interesting that you experimented with it. Like Dorie Dillard Austin TX said, it would be nice to see a Realtor in it as well as the buyers sitting on the beds or their dog as well. 

Hmmm I wonder if these AI videos are why we're seeing more and more actors in the ads lately. 

Hello Toby - interesting.  Marketing often involves tests and testing of many kinds.  In that way, I see the experiment as useful.  

Toby Barnett - I liked the video you created. Perhaps create two videos of a before and after. This one you shared would be excellent sold video and the before could show the boring but necessary usual tour of a home. That way, be a great incentive to me, if I were shopping to buy!

Wow!  It's incredible what AI can do these days.  The video seems really good to me.  Recently, I experimented with AI to virtually stage a vacant listing of mine, and I really liked the results!
