An old Pennsylvania Contemporary Home, Shines BRIGHT once again!
A previous client of mine summoned my help on an investment property they just acquired! It was LOVE at first site. I remember as a young girl, there was this one house close to us, built by Frank Lloyd Wright. It is the Rosanbaum House
Looking back, this passion for design, has been with me for a VERY long time! But back to THIS house. Although I LOVE the stone facade, the tones were screaming "Flinstone". I suggested a product named Romabio Venetian Glaze. Can I just say WOW!! You can have this product CUSTOM to any color you need! Here is the tutorial here!
Since my client was basically focusing on the Interior and Exterior aesthetic, she did not want to replace the roof, which was old, but in descent shape!
How I made this work was to POP in warm components on the front door, garage doors, soffit, trim, and accents, which I pulled from the skylights and windows. Believe me when I say it was INSTANT gratification, it literally TRANSFORMED and UPDATED the exterior of this house! In addition, the front landscape, along with a few FAUX plants, BECKONs the prospective buyers to come in and see this beauty!
They are installing all of this, as we speak ,and I just can not wait to share the AFTER pics with you guys! Oh did I mention the interior??? Yes that's coming soon! BTW I still can not get my images uploaded....grrrr xo~Catz
