Meadow Brook Pointe Links & Spa at Mill Pond is a 55 and Over community in Medford Long Island.

You can reach this Suffolk County destination by The Long Island Expressway Exit 65, Left At 2nd Light Bellport Ave, Left on Mill Rd. Meadowbrook is 1/4 Mile on Left Across from Golf Course.

This 24-hour guard-gated Luxury 55+ community features a welcoming active clubhouse, pools, tennis, fitness center, card room, multi-purpose room, social get-together, happy hour, clubs, sports bar, salon & spa and bocce ball.

 

There are single family detached homes, semi-attached units and attached residences. Homes can have gas heat and central air conditioning, 1 or 2 car garage and some have basements. When available there are ranch and townhouse style living.

I’m not sure of the number Lise, but we have a variety of 55+ communities here on Long Island and inventory is very low right now, though, so options are limited.

Good morning Larry and Sheila. I am amazed at the number of 55+ communities in our area. We have a neighborhood less than a block away that is 55=, all single family detached units. They are part of the master association for amenities. Enjoy your day.
