Located on Lancaster Pike, where the old Chilli's restaurant used to be, right next to Minellas is the new kid in town, Burtons. They took the old property and kept to the footprint, but really revamped the exterior and the interior as well.

As you enter the restaurant there is a wine storage spot and next to that is a hostess stand, the bar and bar lounge area is right ahead of you. They offer a Happy Hour from 4-6 with some decent food and drink specials. Several people were sitting at the bar when we went.
I was treating a friend for his birthday, the owner of the Philadelphia Print Shop, Dave Mackey, who are just getting ready to relocate within Wayne to a new location. Although they had covered outdoor seating he preferred to sit inside.
This was the only major glitch in the visit. Out of all the tables available, and there were plenty as this was day 13 of being open, they wanted to seat us at a table right by the restrooms. We declined and it seemed to be a big problem for them to find us another table. We asked for a booth, and they promptly stated they had to check at the same time they seated a party after us in the booth we had suggested. This person then offered us the booth and was then seated in the alternative booth we had suggested. They really need to improve this part of their service as I was ready to walk out as there are plenty of choices to eat in Wayne.

The menu was typical of a chain, which this is part of, started in Massachusetts, and the prices were fairly high. We skipped drinks it being lunch time, but what we both ordered was good. The waitress was very friendly and outgoing.
Frankly, I would not necessarily go again as I do not live in the area, but I can see this as a place for Happy Hour, and an upmarket dinner or lunch. The wines offered were interesting, and they had a range of house cocktails as well.
