As real estate professionals, we often find ourselves at the crossroads of someone else’s major life moment. A house isn’t just a house, it’s a backdrop for new beginnings, bittersweet goodbyes, dreams realized, or chapters closed.
Every now and then, there’s a transaction that reaches deep into our hearts.
Maybe it was the single mom starting over
An elderly couple downsizing after 50 years
A military family moving across the country... again
Or the grieving spouse parting with the home they once shared.
Whatever the circumstance, these transactions stay with us. They remind us why we do what we do.
