My professional journey has been a story of growth driven by creativity, care, and communication. I started my career as a registered nurse (RN) and eventually became the youngest head nurse at Sinai Hospital. This experience gave me a solid foundation in empathy and listening qualities that guide me in all my pursuits. Nursing allowed me to connect deeply with people, which has been invaluable in my later roles.

I was married to the love of my life, and together we have a lovely daughter who inspires me every day. Each experience has shaped my path, and I cherish the lessons and memories I've learned along the way.
I loved being a mother, but I needed a sense of purpose during school hours. I decided to take a pottery course for fun, which unexpectedly turned into a passion. As a ceramic artist, I channeled my patience and attention to detail into creating freeform art pieces.

My work was displayed in design galleries, and I found joy in sharing my creations with others. This phase of my life was all about self-expression and the appreciation of beauty.

When a car accident stopped my ceramic art, I found a new passion in real estate. My nursing background helped me understand clients' needs and handle high-pressure situations with grace. It made me realize there are no emergencies in Real Estate. I could see potential in properties that others might overlook. As a real estate broker, my tagline, "Sell Your Home With Margaret Rome," became a symbol of trust in the Baltimore area.

I also host a live radio show called "All About Real Estate". I help buyers and sellers, sharing tips and insights about buying and selling homes. I share my decades of experience through this platform with stories and lessons learned in hopes of educating the public and the real estate community.

Throughout the years, I have transitioned from a caregiver, wife, mother, artist, broker, and broadcaster. My journey is a testament to reinvention and lifelong learning, all while staying true to my values of people, passion, and purpose.
Yeah, I guess there has been change!
