I just closed my listing back in June in this complex, and then another client called and wanted to see an active unit in this complex. They weren't sure they wanted a townhome, but these larger ones, share no common walls, just the garages. NICE!
We viewed the property on Monday, did the inspection on Wednesday, and it was pretty darned clean. Only minor issues, so buyers are feeling good about this purchase.
