Debbie-Thanks again for the RE market update in my Silver Spring neighborhood. From your update, it appears properties are staying shorter in the market and the prices also appear to be stablizing.

Live in the Blairs and want to move to the Silverton at some point.  While in no hurry, am interested in a 3 bedroom.  Do you have? Or, are these units strictly one and two bedroom units?
