Spotlight home Listed by the Golden Girls with SW Desert Homes, Cara Mancuso, Broker
On our local MLS system, it's common to see a home listed with a mountain or golf view. After all, besides some stunning sunsets (and sunrises!), a great deal of our area is characterized by the surrounding mountains of our region, dotted with fantastic golf courses.
The reality lies more in the detail of, "how MUCH of a view"? There's a thing called "puffing" in real estate, and we're not supposed to do it. So if you have to stand on the bathtub and peak out the overhead shower window on the far left with a squinty eye to see it....it's probably not a "view".
Which brings me to today's featured listing. 37614 S Desert Bluff Dr. Tucson, AZ 85739 2/2 plus den, 1884 square feet split plan, .18 acre premium lot, 2 car garage

There literally is a view from every room. This is the front courtyard, and you can see that you're looking at mountains, NOT over rooftops, all the way east to the Santa Catalinas.

This is a backyard and golf course green view (hole 12 back 9) from the Primary suite. The Primary, Living Room, and Guest Room all line the "back" of the house, overlooking the backyard plantings, turn, and hole 12 of the golf course.

Here's a little more straight on and you can see the golf course through the hedge.

Front Den, capturing at this angle, part of that Santa Catalina View.

Here's more of a straight on view from the same den...

From the main living room, you can see through the home to the dinette window view, as well as the backyard and golf views from the immediate windows

Here's that dinette view up front, and you can see the courtyard outside, which the den overlooks. So all of this area is enjoying these majestic views. Inside and out!!

Guest room has the benefit of mature landscaping and peaks through the hedges of the golf course green.

Golf views from the center of the home, kitchen counter with bar stools.

Outside, there's an additional "southern" view of the Catalinas. The trees offer some nice shady spots for accent seating and quiet conversations.

From the outdoor main seating area, enjoy the privacy of a flowering hedge, citrus trees, golf green, and see how far away the nearest house it - on the far side of the golf course.

No matter where you are seated, inside or out, you can enjoy the stunning vistas of SaddleBrooke, AZ, just 30 minutes north of Tucson.

And for the grand finale, a panoramic view of the mountains shadowing SaddleBrooke.
