Renter's-Insurance

If you are a Tenant, Landlord, Property Management Company, Property Owner, Renter's Insurance will Save you from a lot of Headaches, and Money.

A Property Owner got Married, their Family was growing, and they needed to Upgrade to a Larger Home, the Condo they were living in was small. They bought a 2 Story Home, and Rented their Condo. After a few Years, the Tenant Relationship with the Property Owners diminished for various reasons, it was time to move on from these Tenants.  Once the Tenants moved out, the Property had more than $10,000 in Property Damage.

I recommend Tenant Insurance for those who Rent or Lease. It's Inexpensive, and provides a Large amount of Coverage.

Renters insurance is wise and also better when the when the owner is listed as the recipient of any funds due to catastrophe

Some of the buildings in my market require renters insurance. There are company's that specialize in renters insurance and it's pretty cheap unless of course you have some expensive specialty items- i.e. art, higher end jewelry, etc.
