By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Debbie DiFonzo - United Country VIP Realty, SW Missouri

South Central Missouri has not seen the high rate of foreclosures like other parts of the country. Our office receives calls daily for people looking for REO and bank owned properties. Sometimes, I don't think they believe me when I tell them we do not have pages and pages of foreclosed homes.

Debbie, I looked at the homes above too.  I need a home that's priced like that in the Fair Grove area.  They are definitely not out there.

I haven't pulled the numbers, Kay, but I do believe we had more foreclosures in 2002 than we do right now. Crazy how people don't believe me when I say we don't have high repo numbers!

Good luck in your Fair Grove search!

Debbie, I think that's wonderful, your area of the market sounds to be good!  We have many bank owned homes and it's very sad to see in this lovely area.
