Things to do before you have an open house!
Mow the lawn, edge the curbs,pressure wash the drive way, move the cars down the street, and block off the driveway!
Put some balloons in the yard on the mail box and by the front door.
Vacuum the carpets, rent a steam cleaner, mop the floors, stage all rooms in the entire house if your not sure how to do this I can help!
Move all of the boxes you have in your garage to the far wall, and take everything that you are not going to keep to the dump i.e. broken tools, old bicycles, broken chairs etc.
