New recreation registration system coming this fall

The Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department will be switching registration systems from PerfectMind to ActiveNet on Wednesday, Oct. 1. This switch will greatly improve the customer experience, making it even easier to register for the programs you love!

To make the transition as smooth as possible, please ensure the information in your PerfectMind account is up to date by Friday, Sept. 5. If information needs to be updated, please contact your local recreation center. Account credits can be used to register for a program on PerfectMind or can be refunded at a recreation center through Sept. 5.

ActiveNet will be live starting Oct. 1. Until then, continue to use your PerfectMind account to register for programs.
