Nearly October. . .

Michael what a great way to reflect on N.O. Next Opportunity or Nearly October.  Very clever.  And there will be many next's in October for me, thankfully!  I am so looking forward to the new month.  Happy Fall! 🎃

Michael Jacobs - I really like this post. You're a good Teacher. The next time someone says NO to me, I will close my eyes, smile, and walk away thinking to myself - NEXT OPPORTUNITY! Then I will go on my merry way!!!

That's a truly brilliant way to flip the script, Michael Jacobs, and I love that you've stuck with the "Next Opportunity" concept for over twenty years! Hello friend!  Rarely do I finish reading your post without a huge smile on my face.  Awww - I have missed that.  October in my neck of the woods means the trees will soon be naked until May and I have to put the shorts away in lieu of sweaters.  Such is life.  I am just very thankful to still be here to see the seasons change:)

Well Michael, Happy MID October :) as I comment on your post a couple weeks late the leaves are changing colors here and the air is crisp and cool at night and it's a wonderful time of year to take long walks or golf without perspiring from summers heat lol.

Well, here we are, past the halfway mark in the month of October and all I can say is I've been seeking the Next Opportunities at every turn this month, Michael!! How life can get so 'away' from me is 'beyond' me! 

I do love Robert Redford's quote. Thank you for sharing that.

So how is your October going so far? personally it's one of my favorite months for opportunity. 

 Love the month of October...walk into Costco and Christmas is in the air! 😂 🎄

And now November is fast approaching. I can't believe the year is almost over and 2026 is just around the corner.

Michael, yes a new month is always a time for a new start.  As I live longer, I am just amazed at how quickly the next month comes around.
