Hi My ActiveRain Friends....Fasten your seat belts, I'm back to work and hopefully will be blogging frequently. My motivation to come out of retirement is standing next to me in the team photo. We call ourselves The Tvelia Team.
Ryan Tvelia is my handsome, 31 year old grandson who decided to become licensed in MA, and when he told everyone that wonderful news, I immediately activated my Brokers License. Ryan and his wife Gina are close friends with a Keller Williams Agent, and he decided to join that firm. So, here I am, the administrative Broker for The Tvelia Team of Keller William Elite in Plainville, MA.
Ryan and I work daily searching for land and connecting that land with our builders. That's our slogan....."connecting land with builders." Land and new construction were always my passion, and it is rapidly becoming Ryan's. I'm 79 years old and I'm being energized by my 31 year old grandson. Life is good. Every day is not only a learning experience for Ryan but great fun for both of us. We both love it and each day is filled with learning experiences for both of us.
I've encouraged Ryan to update his old ActiveRain site and share what he's doing with everyone. His journey is beginning with land and new construction. He'll be dynamic with resale homes, I'm sure, after learning the process of how those resales were built!!!
Ryan and I will be posting together on a variety of concepts we've been working. By the way, this is only day 9 for us in the real estate business. I think that competitive gene is part of our DNA!!!!
