I don’t take on many rentals these days because most of my business is helping people buy and sell homes in Irvine and in the cities close to Irvine. But the owners of 20 Hazelnut asked me to step in again. I first worked with them15 years ago when they leased this home out. The tenants just moved after all that time. Imagine ..... 15 years in one rental house. That’s remarkable.
Now we’re looking for the next renter who wants to make this home their own, for a year or longer term.

1,786 sq. ft. detached single-family home

Monthly rent: $5,200

A Thought on Renting vs. Buying
The tenants who just left were here for 15 years. If they had purchased instead of rented back then, their home’s value likely would have more than doubled, possibly even tripled. Renting has its place, but if you’re ever debating whether buying is the better move, I’m happy to show you what the numbers look like.
