One of the greatest gifts of being part of the Rain is the community—where ideas, knowledge and encouragement flow just as much as the points do! Our weekly Zoom calls are where the magic happens—real conversations, real strategies and real connections that help each of us grow both personally and professionally.

 

Being active in the Rain isn’t just about earning points—it’s about sharpening your skills, fueling your motivation and surrounding yourself with people who want to see you succeed. Don’t miss your chance to connect, learn and grow with fellow Rainers today! Every call is packed with ideas, strategies and inspiration that you can put into action right away. Kathy Streib and I are hosting a challenge until the end of the year…

  • Earn 500 points just for showing up and staying the full hour.
  • Earn 500 bonus points when you complete the weekly assignment (given on the calls)
  • That means you could earn up to 1,000 points every single week until the end of the year!

WEEKLY RULES:

  • Simply attend the Zoom calls on TUESDAYS—but, you must be present—camera on—and awake—the entire hour. 
  • Choose to complete the weekly assignment—or not! But, you must be on the call that week in order to get credit for the weekly surprise assignment.
  • The assignment MUST BE COMPLETED by the Sunday following the Tuesday call (so you’ll have FIVE days to complete your task).
  • You must post a link BY SUNDAY IN A COMMENT BELOW in order to receive credit for the weekly assignment. We love you but, we don’t have time to chase you down to get your homework assignment from you!! 
  • Challenge begins Tuesday SEPT 30 and ends Tuesday DEC 30 (*PLEASE NOTE: There will be no assignment on DEC 30).

Hello, Roy. Thanks for reblogging this fantastic challenge! Debe Maxwell and Kathy Streib have created a great incentive for the community. While the 1,000 weekly points are a nice bonus, the real value lies in the consistent connections and actionable strategies gained from being present. It’s an effective way to keep the professional momentum strong through year-end. Good luck to all who participate!
