Hello, Kimo. This is a very clean and insightful market report! The contrast between the two property types is striking. It’s fascinating to see SFH Median Days on Market drop 50% while the Condo DOM increased by 52% for the month. This clearly demonstrates the critical need for hyper-local, unit-type specific analysis when advising clients in the Diamond Head and Kapahulu market.
