Moving into Fall in Watertown Connecticut 2025
We are a week into the fall season yet the colors on the trees seem to be lagging. We had a very dry late summer and even now there has been very little moisture.
I don't know if it will impact the foliage, but as we walked the course this past week, I did not see a lot to indicate color.
The hill on this fairway always provides a vista that is beautiful when the colors are in peak form.
Not much to appreciate as yet.
Same hole, looking back up towards the tees and still very little color.
The views down towards the clubhouse can be a distraction if trying to putt and the wind makes the leaves rustle.
I suppose it will require a sacrifice again this week, to go back and see if the trees have changed a bit. May bring the clubs as well.
