There are multitude of different floor plans throughout the complex, but I know from my years of experience this is one of the more moderate sized properties but still an attractive unit There is a fantastic clubhouse with a fitness center, social lounge, indoor basketball court, tennis courts, heated pool, playground, walking trail and more. Minutes to major shopping & the quaint village center of Bethel. 15 minutes to NY state line.
This property was sold for $440,000 which is below the neighborhood prices. However, there was a good reason for the price, not to purposely upset the neighbors. My client purchased the property at the end of 2016 and was immediately relocated. He rented it since February 2017 to the end of July 2025 to the same tenant While the unit was clean & nothing damaged, some things were stating to become dated as the unit is was 15 years old. We discussed investing in work, such as painting, flooring, replacement of appliances etc but it just didn't make sense due to timing and the owner being 3000 miles away. We also didn't want to invest in finishes an end buyer wouldn't appreciate. The similiar sized, higher price units have been updated throughout the years and the negotiated sales price gives the buyer a reasonable cushion to invest with her personal touch.
The property was on the market for about 3.5 weeks, which wasn't unreasonable considering it was August and a lot of people in CT go away for vacation. The property was initially listed for $455,000, and then adjusted down to $445,000. After that time, we ended up in multiple offers and the seller went for the cleanest deal.
