When I saw your post, I knew this would be your topic too. Your episodes look so very interesting and I love how you're structuring your calls as well. I would definitely listen if you started one!

What a great idea to provide the episodes title and format. I often prefer to read the discussion, and I often find very I am re-reading it, useful. It's probably extra work, to add the text, so it may be available for paid subscribers. :)

Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist I do not doubt that you would attract many listeners to your podcast. It is a subject that not many specialise in, and you, my friend, are very knowledgeable and a fantastic speaker

Your topic was an obvious choice for you, as mine was for me.  Both be great topics for a podcast, but it sounds like you have no more interest in doing one than I do. 

You have a lovely voice, Kathleen and your expertise would be extremely helpful to the masses, so a podcast might suit you well.

Well if you were to start a podcast I would definitely be listening to the one you have outlined! With your extensive knowledge of the Probate System, this would be a perfect podcast for you but I can see if you had someone manage setting up all the interviews and managing the schedule, and it only took you the time for the podcast, that would be a consideration!

Kathleen- I had to laugh as well because I cannot carry a tune!  I was tremendously touched that ya/ll would sing Happy Birthday. 

Now...as for a Podcast- yours would be perfect and could draw in people from all over the country.   Agents would benefit as would so many others. And...you have an excellent speaking voice. You could even use your Gold Gate Bridge for your logo!!!!

Hypothetically speaking, your podcast would be added value to your marketing system.  The process of designing your website, setting up you youtube channel and so forth has been daunting.  No doubt podcasting would consume your valuable time.

It still amazes me how many people do not prepare for dispositions of their assets and liabilities before they close their eyes permanently.  Even if you do have a will or trust, someone has to do the work.  As technology advances there is much more to add to the updates.  For instance, digital currency, ai accounts and terminating such items so your footprint cannot damage your stellar legacy.
