One of the agents on The Betts Team, David Anderson coined the phrase “EarlyBird” to go along with “SnowBird.” EarlyBird is somebody who buys a home prior to moving to The Villages, Florida and rents it until time to either move here fulltime or SnowBird for longer periods of time.
In Donna and Charlie’s case, they decided there wasn’t enough open dates as their first home was very popular with it rented from November 1st until April 1st by the same tenant. Together we found another home just 3 miles from their first home they bought. It happened again with new home, somebody building new here in The Villages needed an empty rental for five months, any remodeling, buying furniture delayed!
Donna said wait a minute, here are the dates I want to stay in the new home between now and April!
