Being happy is easier than you think! With Fall in the air a lot of folks are outside enjoying the weather and thinking happy thoughts along the pumpkin path. Here in PHX we've had quite a bit of rain lately and the flowers are in full bloom. It is so pretty everywhere you look! And it is so uplifting to see all the colors!

I was fortunate to learn and model "To Think Is To Create" at a young age from my parents. It later became "What You Focus On is What You Create ( Law of Attraction). And it took me a few years to learn how to deliberately 'SHIFT' my thoughts immediately to better feeling thoughts whenever I started going down a slippery slope. I continued to practice and practice again, again and again. I did whatever it took to get where I wanted to be - in a happy space. Now it's easy for me to SHIFT my thoughts and feelings on a dime. It's all within my power as it's within yours. Yes it's always a choice to chose being happy. And even during the healing process this past few months I chose to be happy. Every time I got a little down, I immediately thought of something good, something to be grateful for. Like Little Norman! Who was by my side constantly! He makes me smile!!

The other day I heard a neighbors young house cleaner complaining about her clients out by her car. Everything was blah, blah blah. She was blaming her clients for why things weren't going well on the job. She was sounding very victimy (is that a word)! Then she noticed me sitting on the front porch and sighed a big one. I smiled at her and asked her to come over as we've talked many time before. I was surprised she did in the mood she was in. Guess what I said to her!! I wished her a better day.....and added in my little phrase. You know, "To Think Is To Create, right"? Maybe shifting your thinking will help make things work out better for you? She nodded her head, and said, you're probably right. And thank you for caring! And gave me a big smile! We'll see how she is next time she's in the neighborhood. I hope better 💛
