We CAN Do Better

Real Estate Agent with ADT Realty (DC, MD, VA) 225059831,646410,98377670

I have a burning desire to do "Real Estate the Right Way!(TM)".  We can do this way better.  From life coaching and sales training through leading a team from 2001-2023 to soldiering away in the trenches of the biggest KW team in the world and from 25 years of seminars, being coached, and marketing I am raring to go...

I am now the principal broker responsible for DC, MD, and VA. I am actively recruiting area leaders, team leaders, team players, partnerships, and individual agent licensees to join me at American Dream Team Real Estate Brokers, Inc (known as ADT Realty).

We are sort of like EXP was 7 years ago before they went public and roared past KW.

And we offer stock options and are on a trajectory to go public ourselves.

We have very attractive splits and fees, and have a 5-level deep downline!

Are you ready for more?

I wish you all the success you can dream of.

One thing you mentioned resonated with me- about going public. Having been a student, practitioner and teacher within capital markets ( I worked on the trading and risk management side of the investment world) - there are a lot of pro's and likely just as many cons to being a publicly traded company. My recommendation- don't take the con's of becoming a publicly traded company lightly and give them serious weight in your planning. There can be a lot of independence and nimbleness lost once a company becomes publicly traded and a lot of people looking to IPO are simply mesmerized by the cash and sometimes glamour.
