Time on the market increased 6 days for the week ending October 4, 2025,  from the same period of time in October of 2024.

Median listing prices unchanged 0.0% for the week ending October 4, 2025, from the same period of time in October of 2024.

New listing in the market higher 0.8% for the week ending October 4, 2025, from the same period of time in October of 2024.
