Hi Chris,

I love the name 'Artisan Custom Homes', very memorable and evokes a definite vision. Great website.

Good Luck to you and your company!

I agree, great name for a custom builder. The site looks and functions great, less the buttons on the right. They seem very out of place and clanky, compare to the cleaner look of the rest of the site.

Just my .02

Cynthia - Thanks for stopping by and the feedback on the name and the new website!  We find that that many custom builders have generic tendancies with their names, so we tried to go with something that was simple yet distinctive.  It's great to hear your thoughts - thanks again for sharing!

Inna,

Thanks for your feedback!  I see your point on the buttons to the right.  We were going for big "calls to action", but I can see how they might not flow as well with the rest of the site.  We are on version 3.0 of our website, with likely many more to come!  We definitely will consider your thoughts and feedback in the next version!

I just left your website. I love the look of it. Here are a couple of thoughts that jumped out at me. The photography is outstanding. The text is well written and to the point. This is good when you are targeting men. The challenge is most buying decisions ultimately end up being made woman. With the exception of the blog and even that is a little sterale, there are no personal interactions on your website. You use the term Artisan Custom Estates like the company is a person. A company is a company. Most buyers want to buy from a person.

You also have some great pictures, wouldn't it be nice if you had hundreds to show potential homeowners? Like I said, I love the look of the website. Well done.
