It is that time to renew that CA Brokers license and I hope you are all current and selling lots of home. I have been very busy and my referrals for being in the business so long has kept me alive through the years and also being active Internationally. I am blessed that I have clients, past and new that know and believe I am a professional in real estate and know that having the knowledge and skills in technology and customer service sets me apart, as many of you from the rest.

So, studying hard and starting new AI marketing as well, but first the RENEWAL.

I am using Allied Real Estate, as I have through the years. Any advice or referrals? Serving CA and Internationally.

Nice to see you! We have to renew by the end of every October, and take 12 CE credits each year. The actual renewal process is free and we just have to click a button. I hope yours is as easy!

WOW! You are so lucky! Ours is 45 hours and renewal is $165, I think still. Courses were another $98, I think. I’ve just been clicking here and there after getting another degree. My head is spinning. The diploma was another $150 too.

I am from TX originally and I never renewed my license. I had it for a short time, then left to CA. Everything is always big in TX, fees and taxes, right?

Thankful to still be in business, indeed and a big thank you personally.
