1. Find some random dude that you met at a party. He was the coolest guy, and he was driving one of those little red sports cars, so he must be pretty good, right? Or maybe he also works at the local car dealership and can get. you a good deal there, too?
2. Hire that blonde who smiled at you at that Open House you attended on Sunday. She asked you what gym you worked out at, 'cause you look 'buff', and the idea of spending a lot of time with her looking at houses is
appealing. Who knows what'll happen, right?
3. Take one of those business cards off the bulletin board at the local Trader Joe's. There are always dozens of Realtors who post those things up there, and they must be great, right? I'll just call one of them.
How bad can they be? I'll just take a shot.
4. Press that "show me the house" button on Zillow, and hire the agent that meets you at that house. I mean, if Zillow uses them, they must be good, right? Right?!
5. Ask your friends and family for a few
ideas for people they've used and interview 2 or 3 of them, and see what you think. Oh, wait, that's actually a good way to find a Realtor!
