Pretty strange costumes, right?!!! We had so much fun putting them together that year! Some friends of ours always hosted a huge Halloween Party and OMG the costumes were incredible. The King and Queen of Snow were voted the best....and weirdest! We haven't worn this costume since but you never know....we just might again one of these years!
Our First Trick or Treat Story for this year! It's really funny! Most of you know I've gone through 3 hip surgeries, all on the same hip. Thankfully I'm far into the healing process and doing quite well again. So much better that a couple of weeks ago we talked about how could we play a TRICK on the doctor when I got my 3rd set of stitches finally out. My appointment was last Thursday. And OMG we pulled off our TRICK perfectly! I had suggested to Gary that we hide some scary Halloween spiders under the bandage. He found the perfect spiders on Amazon. An hour before the appointment I cleaned off the spiders with alcohol as I wasn't taken any chances and getting another infection! And Gary placed them perfectly under the bandage and you couldn't see the spiders were in there.
When the doctor came in the room the first thing she asked me was - how are you feeling Anna? I told her that I woke up around midnight and it felt like I had something itchy in the bandage. It was sooooo itchy under the bandage I said - with a straight face. I have no idea of what it could be. She said......that just means you need to get that bandage off. Oh? Is all I said with a straight face.
She proceeded to take off the bandage and immediately burst out in laughter when she saw the spiders. 🕷🕷🕷🕷🕷 OMG she goes......I can't wait to show everyone else!! Can I take a picture? Sure I said 🕷

Before we left the office, every single office personnel had to come and see the trick or treat spiders! It was such a hoot seeing them laugh so hard that they couldn't stop laughing and talking about it! It was so much fun! Apparently nobody has ever pulled off a 🕷 trick like that in the office!
Before I left the office the Doctor said THANK YOU - YOU SOOOO made my day! I can't wait to show my husband and the other surgeon too! This absolutely must mean you're back to normal and feeling pretty darn good again! Scary huh 🕷🤣
Trick or Treat!
Enjoy Your Weekend!
